As winter yields to spring, we invite you to a table set at the threshold between seasons. Our seven-course journey honors this moment of transition—featuring the first tender harvests of spring alongside preserved winter treasures. We bring together the best of our Midwest soil and select ingredients from afar for our first ticketed Vendador dinner of 2025.
