Join us for an intimate dinner celebrating the rich, homegrown flavors of Viet-Lao cuisine. Chef Alvis Huynh of Về Lại will bring his signature homestyle Lao cooking to the table, crafting nostalgic dishes that evoke the comfort of his mother’s cooking. Each plate is a love letter to tradition, blending memory and heritage to invite us to return to our roots through flavor.

More than just a meal, this evening will be a gathering of stories, flavors, and shared histories—a celebration of the timeless act of coming home.

What to Expect
Guests will enjoy a family-style feast featuring a homestyle Lao-focused menu created by Chef Alvis Huynh of Về Lại. Expect a bold, herbaceous mix of spicy, sour, and salty flavors woven together in a warm, communal dining experience. There will be one service and guest are expected to arrive promptly at 6pm to enjoy the communal meal.
